Check out the Newton watch by Divided by Zero - one of the favourites in the range. Its design is inspired by Sir Isaac Newton (1642-1727) one of the most well-known thinkers in history.
There seemed little Newton couldn’t do. A true workaholic, this English genius made discoveries in mathematics, astronomy, chemistry, physics … and fighting crime (yes).
Often regarded as the most influential scientist of all time, Newton is perhaps the central figure in the Scientific Revolution and the Age of Enlightenment. While famed for his theories about gravity and motion (and the exhaustive math backing them up), he also worked extensively on optics and calculus (essentially inventing the latter).
Amazingly, late in life, Newton was placed in charge of the British Royal Mint and tasked with stopping England’s crippling counterfeiting problem. Though now elderly, he often worked undercover and brought scores of hardened criminals to justice.
